High speed free way on the MacMusic web site

Good news for 2005. MacMusic is coming back free for every members. Thanks to the two years contribution of the Active Members and to the new growing revenue from the advertisers, the whole site can now be freely open to everybody. This new step underline the end of the sleeping screens which weighed the site consultation for non active members.

MacMusic informations site and its forum dedicated to passionate musicians continue its original route on the web.

Two years ago, in order to overcome its growth crisis and to upgrade its server, MacMusic had to choose an original way of development : They had to resort to the active members contributions. With the voluntary help coming from nearly 200 members they went through this step.

Now MacMusic enhance its concept and is able to upgrade its servers.

The MacMusic site stops its cash contribution system. They plan to change the presentation and organisation of the forum. Some of them will be dedicated to professional exchanges. And Moreover the sleeping screens disappear for everybody.

With more than 40,000 registered members, 110,000 forum posts, 4,000 daily downloads , MacMusic supports its leading place among the site dedicated to Mac, Midi and Audio enthusiasts (in English and in French language).
